FetishCon

Hi All,

I got back from the FetishCon on Wednesday and spent the last two days like a zombie - a bit more human today so thought I would start to do a write up for you all - cant guarantee how far I will get with it today though.

I left the UK on the Tuesday during "severe weather" those of you who feel the same way I do about flying will appreciate it wasn't fun - we were delayed for an hour but got off OK. Chatted a little to the chap sitting next to me but obviously just small talk

I arrived in Tampa a half an hour late and got straight to the hotel (travelled on the shuttle with Anastacia Pierce though didn't realise til we both checked in!) I unpacked and went to the bar to chill out have a few drinks and something to eat forgetting my body clock was still on UK time and it was 2:00 am for me. Saw a clump of models sitting at at table with Jum Weathers but didn't really know them (and was knackered) so just finished my drinks and had an early night (for Tampa time anyway)

Got up bright an early the next day feeling a little more human and went on a touristy tour of Tampa - the guys weren't getting in till later so I had the day to myself. Got back to the hotel to have a shower and meet up with Kato of www.bondagenymphs.com for dinner after saying a quick hello to Christina Carter (sitting next to her was the chap I had been chatting to on the plane he was at the con too!)- then quite out of the blue Ikaras Jones of www.bondagejones.com arrived - I hadn't realised he was coming so it was a brilliant surprise to see him so he joined us for dinner. Much chatting and catching up!

We then adjourned to the bar (you will have to excuse me if my descriptions are a bit vague) Lots of folk came up to say hello then Stacy Burke arrived with her friend R. Now Stacy is a brilliant gal, fun, funny and bright as a button and R and I clicked instantly sharing several geeky passions (also shared by Ikaras) so we went on a geeky trip to nerd heaven lol

Finally JB Roper www.jbroper.com arrived with Sir Walter as they had landed and gone straight into a shoot! There was much shaking hands, hugging, chatting and catching up. I cant quite remember how the night ended I think we went to the pool though that may have been Thursday night?

I also bumped into Kobe Lee and Tomiko and had a quick chat

Next day Thursday was a latish start - I cant exactly remember what I did in the morning I think it just disappeared - I remember registering for the con and had a shoot at 1 so probably spent time preparing for that. Anyhow my first shoot was with the beautiful, Angela Ryan. She arrived dead on time and we chatted for about half an hour as she didn't know me and I always like to chat to new (to me) models first Then we were straight into it I did a straight tie, hogtie and a hands over head chair tie, it was great fun she was excellent to work with and we chatted all through.

I had a break for an hour and went for a wander to catch my breath before my shoot with the ever great Stacy Burke - she looked stunning I have to say. Lots of giggling and chatting but I managed to get some bondage in lol. I did a straight tie, a hogtie then a box tie. Stacy is Stacy I dont really need to say more she is a legend and great to shoot

That was it for the day - I know I should have just shot all day and night but the main part of the con to me was socialising with friends I hadn't seen in over 3 years. I met up with Ikaras, Kumi and Kato and we had dinner in another hotel (with Kumi translating my Englishisms), then went to the meet and greet. The second I got there I saw Akira Lane and got a big hug followed by a coment on my hair lol we stood outside the party chatting for a while then Darla Crane and C walked by and said hello. Later I went tnto the hall and met them coming out again and we stood at the doorway chatting with Caroline Pierce and Jewell Marceau (Ok I know I am name dropping but not much I can do about that! lol) We stood shatting for ages and that was as far into the party as I got. Then JB and Doug arrived and we had a quick chat then to the bar.

Friday Morning disappeared too I had breakfast and went for a walk to the local shop to get some drinks then once the Con opened I went for a quick walk round saying hi to Darla, C, Stacy and R then back to the room for my next shoot with Tomiko - I love Tomiko to death she is so friendly and charming (as well as beautiful) and again we chatted through the shoot. I did a straight tie (See a theme here lol) followed by a box tioe which I turned into a hogtie then a cross legged tie on the floow with an on camera gagging. I was just finishing up the set when Kimberly Marvel arrived. I took the last few pics and we all had a chat then Tomiko went to her next shoot.

Kimberly is also a geek so we had loads to talk about and I really enjoyed the shoot - she has an amazing look and her eyes just sparkle with life and enthusiasm. I did the obligatory straight tie and hogtie then tied her to the office chair. It was a great couple of shoots

That was it for the day again I went back to the con and only got as far os the first two booths as I started to chat to Darla, C, Stacy and R. And as R and I were discussing heavy metal who should walk up but George Perez! (comic fans will know who I mean) I introduced myself but to be fair when you have Stacy Burke in front of you who is going to want to chat to a podgy Brit. I wandered of to get some dinner and it must have disagreed with me as I had a pretty bad stomach ache afterwards so was a bit funky at that point. But Ikaras and Kato arrived to cheer me up and Ikaras and I went into the Fetish Party - it was cool we saw a very good performance by Diana Knight and watched the dancing - desperate to join but not trusting my stomach to behave itself. Met George Perez again and had a quick chat before leaving and going to the bar. By this time JB and Sir Walter had finished another mamoth day of shoots so we went to their room and chilled - it was really cool.

wow bob sounds awesome, thats so cool meeting everyone , what an excellent trade lol ,, cant wait to see some of your work you did,, hope you will post some samples soon ,, glad you had a good time and a safe trip , your friend hj :o) im excited to see some new tomiko !!!!

It was about then that Tropical Storm Fay rearedits head heading towards us and possibly becoming a hurricane - now I wouldn't have been so worried if it wasn't for the facr it was due to arrive the day I was due to come home!!

Anyhow - Saturday hmm another odd day as I cant really remember what happened - I went to the Superheroine Showdown but timed it wrong and missed most of it then went to my room to wait for a shoot with Darla Crane - but no show and thee was a message on my phone that I couldn't pick up - was she coming was she delayed - I didn't want to walk off and risk leaving her standing around outside my door. Eventually though I went for a look - there had been a major disruption with her schedule (not going to go into details) and we had to rescedule. Wandwered round the con then went down to catch up with Kato and Ikaras then as we were going to dinner Jim Weathers www.bondagecafe.com and Jewel Evens walked passed so joined us.

Had a good chat and laugh then I had to go to my shoot (only had the one with Darla booked that day) and I guess I dont have to say how much fun it was Darla is a legend to warm and friendly and great to work with (as well as being strikingly beautiful of course!) Only had time for a couple of ties so did a straight and hogtie.

Afterwards I went back downstairs and Ikaras was still sitting at the same table though there was another table added to it with JB Roper Sir Walter Kato (I think) anda clump of models luckily though there was a seat left for me. Jim and Jewel and Christina Carter were there for a while before we started to split up and I went into the Fetish Party for a bit then up to the dungeon to see what was happening - a chap was doing a great suspension on Sabrina Fox (I think it was) - now pics of suspensions do nothing for me but watching one happening live was cool

Sunday an early start I joined Kato for Breakfast wandered into the con to have a quick word with Eden Wells before going back to my room for my first shoot with Akira Lane. What a great gal just such fun to work with beautiful funny and smart, I did a straight tie a box/frog tie and finished with the statutory hogtie.

Had a bit of a break before my final shoot of the con with Christina Carter started. Now for some reason I was nervous about this shoot - everyone told me what a great gal she was but I felt aprehensive - I neednt have worried she was warm, charming and great fun to work with - infact everything I had been told she was and she radiates beauty. Gues what I did - yep a straigt tie Hogtie then a hands over and behind head tie.

So that was 7 incredible shoots i had had a little stress in there for good measure but not everything can always run smoothly lol.

I then went to dinner with some charming company then when they had to leave I went to join Ikaras Kato Kimberly Marvel , Pandora and her partner whos name I regret I cant remember - not good with names - we had a great time everyone was on fire with the quips and sarcasm bouncing bck and forth.

So we finshed up and went to the fetish party I bumped into George Perez Christina Carter and Anastacia Pierce and with Ikaras we sat and chatted a bit as we were early. Then into the end of Con ball. It was good to chat etc but the ball didn't blow me away im afraid (nothing derogatory to the organisers they did an incredible job) but the music was too industrial for me. The performances were cool though. Ended the evening by the pool with numerous friends old and new, far too many to mention and then rolled into bed passed 4

My plan for the next day was more sightseeing but some of us had arranged to meet up for lunch and that was more important so we sat and chatted for several hours more and more people arriving until one by one it was time for the guys and gals to leave- it was quite sad saying goodbye.

I stayed for another day and spent that evening initially with Kato and Kumi then we wnt back to Vesta and Genesis Lynn's room to chill and chat - unfortunately by this stage I was exhausted and had to excuse myself earlier than I wanted. Then packing and an early night with wrooy about storm Fay which was still on its way - I needn't have worried about that either whilst loads of domestic flights were cancelled mine was totally fine - left dead on time and the weather was OK - someone was smiling on me that day.

bob i can say one thing that sounds like a vacation to remember for a long time even with all the work involved , what an excellent way to play , enjoyed every bit of your fetishcon vacation report :o) ,, now i can finish eating my heart out, hj

Looks like you had a great time out there, Bob. I really will do my best to join you one of these years!! Look forward to seeing your pics.
