Just courious... what is it about the buttoned blouse collar that eveyone seems to like?

Personally, I like the look on a lady because it looks classy. Another added feature is that if it is a bit snug, the collar could be viewed as added restraint.... It is good to see a lady buttoned up in public, bc I know she is a tad bit unconfy, but she made the descision to button the collar.... makes it all the much sweeter!
What do you guys and gals think?????????
